Module 01
Stances and fundamentals
Front, walking, and back stances, blocks, strikes, and the footwork every technique is built on.
Module 02
Kicking technique
Front, roundhouse, side, and spinning kicks, broken down step by step with drills to build power and control.
Module 03
Poomsae (forms)
The official Kukkiwon forms for each belt, taught in parts with key moves and full run-throughs, through Koryo at black belt.
Module 04
Sparring
Combinations, distance, timing, and footwork you can drill solo or with a partner at home.
Module 05
Self-defense
One-step sparring, escapes, and practical techniques that build confidence outside the dojang.
Module 06
Flexibility and conditioning
Guided warm-ups, stretching routines, and conditioning circuits scaled for every fitness level.

How are the online Taekwondo classes structured?
The program is 8 progressive courses that take you from white belt to 1st Dan black belt. Each course includes technique lessons, forms, drills, stretching, and conditioning, and ends with a live belt test over Zoom with a certified instructor.
How old do you need to be?
Cyber Taekwondo is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Younger children usually do best training alongside a parent, which is what the Cyber for Family membership is built for.
How much space and equipment do I need?
A clear area about the size of a yoga mat, comfortable workout clothes, and a phone, tablet, computer, or TV to follow the lessons. A uniform is optional.
How do belt tests work?
When you finish a course, you schedule a live belt test over Zoom. A certified instructor grades your performance, gives feedback, and issues your rank certificate when you pass. Premium members also have the option to record and submit tests by video.
Is the black belt recognized?
Yes. Black belt rank earned through Cyber Taekwondo is registered with the Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters, which issues the internationally recognized dan certificate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel before it ends to pay nothing. After that, you can change or cancel your plan anytime.
