Black Belts at Cyber Taekwondo are certified by the Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo Headquarters, in Seoul, South Korean. This testing fee includes the test, application submission, certification processing fee, and shipment of your certification 3-6 months after your test. Belts, embroidered belts, and black belt uniforms are not included.
